The Brown Bag home delivery program serves senior participants, who have a doctor’s note verifying that they cannot reach a food distribution location independently, receive groceries and produce by home delivery. The Senior Brown Bag Program has been in operation since 1987, and currently provides a monthly bag of groceries for up to 400 low-income seniors age 60 or older at locations throughout Humboldt County.
